Vision and Mission
Vision: Protection of consumer rights and prevention of all acts against consumer rights.
Mission:
(1) Prevention of anti-consumer rights actions and settlement of disputes related to violation of consumer rights to protect the interests of consumers;
(2) formulation of various policies and regulations related to protection of consumer rights;

(3) taking necessary measures, including education and promotional activities, to make the public aware of consumer rights, the benefits of protecting consumer rights and the harms of anti-consumer rights practices;

(4) conducting research activities on consumer rights;

(5) Supervising and monitoring the activities of consumer rights protection committee at district, upazila and union level;
(6) Ensuring affordable, quality, international quality consumer rights related services through institutional development and adoption of modern technology.

(7) Receiving and redressal of consumer complaints in digital mode and conducting all official functions;

(8) conducting regular public hearings to sensitize traders and consumers;
